Rate Info:
- Tree House: rates range from $125 to $150 per night with discounts for stays longer than two nights. Weekly rates include two free nights per week rental.
- Quiet Waters: rates range from $105 to $125 per night with discounts for stays longer than two nights. Weekly rates include two free nights per week rental.
- Serenity: $200 - $250 per night with discounts for stays longer than two nights. Weekly rates include two free nights per week rental.
High Season (highest rate rentals) includes holiday weekends, October, May and June.
Special rate packages available for small groups (multiple villa rentals).
Discounts available to military and clergy.
